The cable snapped from my previous extension spring system and Josh provided instant responses to all of my questions via the Thumbtack app (where I requested bids) and I never felt like he was trying to upsell me. Of note, he provided in depth explanations and was transparent about the entire process, providing options to repair or replace and upgrade to torsion spring system. I decided to upgrade and am glad I did. The door operates much smoother and he completed install in less than an hour!

Josh did an amazing job getting our openers installed and our garage door repaired and reset! He arrived early, took the time to help figure out what all we needed, and finished super quick.
