Our garage broke on a Monday night, leaving my car stuck inside. I was able to schedule an appointment with them first thing Tuesday morning! Communication was great, keeping me updated on the arrival. Our garage was up and running in no time! He even fixed a couple of other things while repairing our spring to make it run even smoother than it did before! Great price, great service and great communication!

The cable snapped from my previous extension spring system and Josh provided instant responses to all of my questions via the Thumbtack app (where I requested bids) and I never felt like he was trying to upsell me. Of note, he provided in depth explanations and was transparent about the entire process, providing options to repair or replace and upgrade to torsion spring system. I decided to upgrade and am glad I did. The door operates much smoother and he completed install in less than an hour!
